General Questions
When a project is completed, is it possible to amend one experience?
Yes, it is always possible to amend the content of an experience at any time. Once modified on the platform, the change appears immediately in the experience.
How many experiences can I create?
It is up to the customer. With the Packs, there is no limitation in terms of number of experiences a customer can create.
Technology & Deployment
Do we need VR headsets to use the solution?
The solution is device agnostic. Users can use a VR headset for a fully immersive experience, but it also works on smartphones, tablets or PCs. The device works on any brand of VR headset.
Can we deploy the solution anywhere in the world or do we have geographical limitations?
The solution can be deployed anywhere. With Artasi present in Asia and Europe and partners in the USA, we operate with a “follow-the-sun” strategy and capability.
If we deploy around the world, can we customize experiences or do we have the same experience everywhere?
It is up to the customer. They can deploy the same experience globally or customize experiences by region or country.
Can we translate the experience into local languages to facilitate usage for local staff?
Yes. Immersive experiences can be translated into local languages, including non-Roman languages such as Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai or Japanese, which facilitates adoption.
Security & Integration
If a customer already has a platform, is it possible to integrate the solution into the existing platform?
Yes, this has already been done with several customers. This allows them to continue using their existing platform while integrating the solution.
Training, Adoption & ROI
Can we monitor progress of the staff during the training plan?
Yes. The platform allows monitoring of staff progress and provides detailed data to support local teams.
What if we want to use the solution but do not have the resources (time or people) to create experiences?
We can create experiences on your behalf. This uses a different business model but helps customers who lack time or resources.
How long does it take to create the first experience?
With the Enterprise Pack, the first experience is co-created in about one week while the customer is trained to become autonomous in creating future experiences.
